I launched this site at the beginning of 2008 when I started to take a real interest in these wicked folding bikes that I would see on my travels.

Presently I live in Taiwan where earlier in 2008 I had the chance to go to the Taipei International Cycle show and see lots of amazing folding bikes, the most memorable being the IF Mode with it’s super fast folding capability which was smartly demonstrated to me by Strida designer Mark Sanders.

Since then I’ve taken up the challenge of constantly improving this site so it will become an easy to use source of info for everything relating to folding bikes.
