Hailing from Canada, Neil Wadden has worked in the Human Resource industry since 1997. With an educational background in Human resources, Neil has worked in Ottawa Canada as a technical recruiter. Working for both agency and corporate companies, Neil has honed his skills in the areas of executive search. He has staffed mostly in the software and telecommunications industry for companies such as Nortel and JDS Uniphase.

He has experience in writing recruiting strategies, employee orientation, training managers on the interview process as well as implementing internal recruiting software for a mid-sized start up company.

In 2003, Neil moved to Asia and attended such schools as the famous Shi da University where he has learned Chinese reading, writing and speaking. Since then he has been working on building a pipeline for international foreign workers in Hong Kong which is a hub for all western companies within the Asia Pacific region.
